Our Foundation has been built on "Matters of the Heart", volunteerism, passion, creativity, sound principles, valued partnerships, perseverance, and work that we Love! Not by our own efforts, but only by God's might, a "Harvest of many Hearts" gets the work done. We are His ambassadors, who He has entrusted us, equipped us and directed me, for the good of His cause... to be His hands and feet. Because of the continued loyalty of our cherished contributors and volunteers, we have the privilege to do the work that we do so that the beat of this organization can continue to remain healthy..

Celebrating 20 years...of treasures for the heart! Honoring the children, our contributors & volunteers

Through the leadership of HOHF, 3 mom's trials of dealing with their own sick children, has produced much "good", because thousands of families & children have benefited from the work done by this Foundation. We continue to diligently carry out our motto: "The giving of one heart to another". Because of the outstanding support they lend the community at large through their various gifts & grants given, Hearts of Harvest Foundation was awarded the "2012 Organization of the Year" by the Tracy Chamber of Commerce.

Volunteers Matter

Hearts of Harvest Foundation is a 100% volunteer organization. This allows us the privilege of giving healthy gifts to our beneficiaries. Volunteers are solely motivated by their passion for HOHF’s cause.

Your support makes it Possible!

Here is a quote from one of our beneficiary families:

Thanks to the HOHF gift, my family received financial assistance that enabled us to help pay our PG&E bill to prevent our power from being turned off. The expenses from our child’s lengthy hospital stay drained our savings.

Heart Beats

One in 100 children is born with a heart defect in the U.S. which translates to between 35,000 and 40,000 births annually. Congenital heart defects are responsible for more deaths in the first year of life than any other birth defects. (The National Institutes of Health).

It is the goal of HOHF to provide grants to organizations whose mission helps HOHF attain its short-term goals. In return HOHF requests recipients provide financial accountability for their grant monies received from HOHF once a year and that none of the funds received are used for administrative or fundraising purposes of the organization.
