We continue to value our partnerships...

In-house Grants are used to help cover gas, food and hotel night stays, etc. while children are having surgery or going to and from Doctor appointments outside of our community. 4 families were given In-house grants in 2019. Our long term partner: Tracy Family Resource Center (CPFSJ) also continues to administer several grants annually to assist children in health crisis on our behalf.

One of our goals is to extend a helping hand and a loving heart to our local families at a time of crisis when a Mom or Dad is feeling exhausted emotionally due to the condition of their child.

With Sutter Tracy Community Hospital and Premier Hyundai of Tracy, to date, an estimated 170 bags have been delivered to our local Tracy hospital, to bless hundreds of families whose children are being treated at the hospital.

HOHF is excited to support partner Camp Taylor, Inc. and its programs for children with heart disease and for their families, at their new camp location in Grayson, CA. HOHF has given $50k, specifically for naming rights for the creation of a beautiful Memorial Water Garden where kids will have the opportunity to journal during their camp experience. HOHF has gifted Camp Taylor $212,615 to date.

Hearts of Harvest Foundation (HOHF) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to: Provide financial assistance and support to families and their children of our community who are in a health crisis. The operating principles of the organization include:

  1. Helping to prevent heart disease in children by supporting research and education.

  2. Offering financial assistance to families in crisis with children who have a heart condition.

  3. Having a sound accountability and research plan for administering donations.

  4. Forming partnerships with non-profit groups in our community.

It is the goal of HOHF to provide grants to organizations and individuals whose need supports the mission of HOHF. In return HOHF requests that recipients provide financial accountability for their grant monies received from HOHF once a year. None of the funds received are to be used for administrative or fundraising purposes.
